Well, it's pretty good already. But how about adding the following to make it truly 'special'?

1) A 'scratchpad' page, called off as a tab like the TAF/METAR etc ... To allow use of a stylus to scribble notes/clearances etc
2) the ability to setup a checklist from a typed in list of items and/or use a PDF scanned copy, with quick access to the emergency actions

I fly a Bulldog, and cockpit space is a bit tight, especially with the iPad on my knee ... Having the above, so everything was integrated into SD without having to switch apps would be a real bonus. I understand that SD is primarily a navigation tool, but the iPad could make it so much more.

How 'bout it?
